We gathered with our members and stakeholders over two days at the Yanındayız Search Conference.
At the conference, held under the title “Repositioning the Yanındayız Association Within Turkey’s Gender Equality Ecosystem,” we discussed Yanındayız’s position within the ecosystem, its priorities for the coming period, and the impact we can create together.
By coming together with our stakeholders from various fields, we shared our experiences, jointly assessed the current situation, and collaboratively developed our ideas for the future of “We Are With You.” Through group work, evaluations, and joint discussions held over the course of two days, we had the opportunity to collectively consider our priorities and roadmap for the coming period.
We believe this process of collective thinking and collaboration marks an important beginning in shaping “Yanındayız’s” future role and areas of impact.
We would like to thank all our members and stakeholders who contributed to this process, as well as Prof. Dr. Oğuz N. Babüroğlu for his valuable contributions, guidance, and facilitation.
As we embark on this journey to shape the roadmap for the coming period together, we will continue to think, create, and transform together.
